I had the pleasure of seeing the H&M Balmain collection tonight upclose and personal and I must say I love it. My wallet of course does not and is terrified of the 5th of november. I on the other hand, am super excited and hope I get my hands on a few pieces that I reallyreally need (ok, let`s be honest, I really don`t need anything ever again but who am I kidding!? I reallyreally want them!). I think this is my favourite of the collaborations so far. Feminine and a little over the top. Just my cup of tea! Below are a few of my favourite pieces.
I like the whole outfit but I can manage with only the top aswell.
I did`nt realize just how much I need a white blazer until I saw this one... Perfect cut, perfect buttons, perfect fit!
And of course these thigh high boots.... my god! If they actually make it to Estonia and I can get my hands on a pair... (because I clearly don`t have enough thigh high boots!? Well the ones I own are not that high! As you can see I am having a discussion with myself here, justifying why I actually need all these beautiful items).
And of course black-and-white combo, my long time lover, toss in a little bit of red and I need these too!
I did love these velvety (I`m confident this is actually not a real word) items too but ok, fine, I don`t need them that bad.
And of course then there is the infamous blazer... The detailing on this one, wow! But with the price tag of nearly 400 euros (399 to be exact) I think I have to back away... with a very heavy heart of course.
And a little somethingsomething from the mens collection. If they carry some items in size xs, I might have to give them a try too.
This was just a pretty sight for sore eyes.

Leather on leather

Don`t get me wrong, I do love this beautiful autumn weather we`ve been having and these amazing colours and my-god-the-sky was beautiful this morning around 7 AM... but I really have the urge to travel. I feel as if I have been on this Estonian soil for way too long. My heart craves for warmth and new places.
On another note... The other thing I always seem to be searching for are the perfect (faux) leather pants. These ones do the trick but they are not quite what I want. The last ones I had, were so big favourites of mine, that I literally wore them to pieces.

Bow tie

A leather bow tie... I was hesitant at first. Then I kind of fell in love with it. The I started to think practically... like where and with what I would wear it with. And then I loved it again and thought "to hell with it". Thats how my mind works most of the time when I buy something. Because there is rarely any need for new stuff, as people who have seen my closet probably know. But I do love this bow tie. My first! And I love this bartender/school girl/secretary look. Easy and simple, yet works every time.

I might be awfully colourful in the summertime but my first and true love is and always will be black! And colourful these days means this... a little bit of beige and red lips. Also, must love a skirt with pockets!

Wearing these jeans on my free time like crazy. Or at least until the weather allows me to. I think I have told you a million times how I suck at dressing according to weather. I still do. Today for instance I am wearing open toe heels to work, so when I went outside in the morning and it was +3 degrees, my toes turned purple. A lovely sight!
Anyhow, about these jeans...
I searched for the perfect boyfriend jeans for so long, so when I finally found them... well, you can imagine the joy. I did not see the same joy in my grandmothers eyes when she saw me in them, I think she nearly had a heart attack and asked are times really that hard? It`s a shame the amazing light does`nt come through in these pictures but actually makes them worse. The sky was beautiful!

Autumn at it`s finest

No glamour here this time. Just life. And good times. Every now and then I need to get away from the city. To stop and take in some fresh air and be reminded what really matters in life. Plus it helps to have a grandmother that cuckoo in the head, always so much fun there! Plus the weather was super nice and made me actually fall in love with autumn more. Not a bad time of the year to have a birthday!

My first time making fresh apple juice that way. Actually loved it. The question is, who is going to drink all that juice!?

Our last bbq and sitting outside.

My favourite skirt... and when the weather was still on my side. I`m terrible at dressing according to weather.

Just pure love for this dress. And also the great summer lighting on these pictures. Just so much love. This dress is another creation of Liina Stein and one of my ultimate favourites. Perfect for summer like ours when it`s a bit chilly but you still want to wear a dress... my solution is always maxi! Plus the colours on this one just make you happy. And endless compliments flowing in.

Cat with no name

A house is not a home without a cat, right?! Very true in my case. And as much as I did love the fur-and sand-free home.... nothing beats a little fur-love. So with summer ending and me spending more and more time at home, the time was right to get a new family member. And as soon as I saw her, I knew, she was my cat. And she brings so much joy with her great personality. Great little character and a purr-ball! But the trouble is... she still has`nt got a name. I was sure I want a black persian and I would name her/him Merlot. But now I have her... she does`nt look like Merlot at all. So, if you have any ideas, I am all ears!

Hapsal Dietrich

The upcoming weekends weather is promising to be pretty nice, so my suggestion is to grab some friends and drive out of town. At least that`s what I like to do when I have a free weekend. And we did exactly that some time ago. A short day-trip to Haapsalu. Must love that little town. Beautiful, peaceful and harmonious. Also, many great restaurants there. So here is a suggestion to you. They are closing for the winter so this week/weekend is the last chance of visiting them. And Hapsal Dietrich is worth a visit. When we went there, we still got to sit outside on the terrace, so a perfect end to the summer. The service is very friendly and the food is delicious and very reasonably priced.
Pulled pork with white radish, cabbage, yogurt, parsnip (9 eur). The first bites were oh so yum, but halfway through I started missing something, I don`t know exactly what, was it potatoes or something else but the flavour combination got tiring, But all in all still delicious.

Fresh fish of the day (7,50 eur). Very very delicious!

Mussels with white wine and garlic (9 eur). Also very good, I am a huge mussels fan and this was very good. We also had beef tartare and it was also delicious. So not a single bad word about the food!
My good company. Just had to share this picture because of the emotions. My girls!

Black. Just perfect black.

No matter what colours I may wear, black is and always will be my first and only love. I am not one of those who believes it`s boring. To me it is classy, sexy and always elegant. And well, if it`s a black maxi dress with pleats and an open back... I was hooked the minute I tried it on. I bought it from Mango years ago but I think it is still one of my favourite items in my evergrowing closet. And allthough, thanks to the lipstick and cross necklace I look like some kind of an evil priest, I still love it. And talking about this lipstick, it`s from H&M and I love it! It´s long-lasting and super silky and smooth.
