Meet the fluffy

A fav fluffy of mine. Another outfit I wore in Thailand and the only time I wore heels :) Soon the Thailand posts will be finished and we can get back to everyday life which is unusually happy these days :)
I actually started taking photography lessons but since I do not shoot myself, I don`t know if there will be any improvement in that department on the blog.

Food edition

Nothing more perfect than writing this post in the morning with a roaring hunger :) So although immediately after arriving home I started making potato salad, I already miss the Thai delights. All the delicious fish, shrimps, rice... I learned to love rice there by the way, I`m usually more of a noodles-kinda-girl.
Our favourites... mango and watermelon shake. Watermelon won although :)
... with cheese and mushrooms... mmmm!
My MaiTai.
Ohh.. all the bbq fish!

Last night in Thailand. Thank god we found a perfect place where to spend it.

Blue

Here is an outfit I wore in Thailand. This blue skirt is one of my favourite recent buys.
You`ll see lots of it in the coming summer :)

One day in paradise

We got to spend one beautiful day at an almost deserted beach at Raya island. The whitest sand, the bluest water... pure paradise!

On the road

... or actually on the plane. This is what I wore. Comfort above all and in these pants I can roll around perfectly in that little seat. I used to travel in jeans but especially on longer flights the tightness starts to bite you in the ass. So I started to go in maxi dresses and now I found an even better alternative. MINU harem pants. The fabric is perfect, the fit is perfect and they have more colours available!

Bangkok

Here is the first bunch of photos. From Bangkok.
As for the day we got to spend there I can say it was a day well spent. Apart from the fact that I got to do zero shopping...  We ended the evening at the Long Table restaurant which was in our hotel and it had excellent outdoor seating.
Our hotel room. You can imagine how good it felt after a long flight to crash into that bed.
Night view from our room.

A very perfectly shaped egg for breakfast :)

The coolest abandoned house we saw on the river cruise.

Home sweet home

It feels good to be home :) We still have quite a lot to do here in the apartment and we are going to the States at the end of February so busy times ahead. Plus I need to kick myself in the ffd#ff to get some of my own ideas into progress aswell. I have 836 pics from Thailand so be patient... :)

Last day in Thailand...

So this is my last day of vacation. We have about 30 min left here at our lovely hotel and then we will start heading to the airport... A few days ago I actually said I wish I could wear boots at the moment...already regret saying that! :) I will miss the weather, great food, lovely people... But then again I miss my little furry friend at home so much!! I've been taking photos of almost all the animals I have seen on the streets :P So... Goodbye Thailand! I'll see you again someday...

My new years resolutions...

... I`ve never actually done any, but hey, what the hell I `ll try it this year, maybe it actually works :)

So here they are:
start going to the gym regularly,
find something I love to do and make it into a business,
drink less wine (I actually changed my mind about that already :)),
stop overthinking,
have more fun,
be happy!

One night in Bangkok

We finally arrived today morning to Bangkok. Since our flight was delayed we actually missed our first night here and had to spend one night in Amsterdam instead. But now we are finally here and I'm starting to remember why I loved it here so much the last time. I'm trying if this mobile blogging actually works before heading out to dinner.

Newyearseve

So this is what I wanted to wear on New Years eve, but since the skirt is that long I had to change. The weather was not favoring me to wear that outfit and even at home the skirt got in the way.
And of course I managed not to take any pics during that night so I had to quickly to the post today before leaving for our trip in Thailand.

It looks like a dress, but it`s actually 2 pieces: long skirt and a shorter dress with a big bow. Since the dress with the bow is so short that it cant not be worn on its own it can be used as a top. Just perfect.. one is too short and the other is too long :)
Bow-dress: Aqua, skirt: JustCavalli.
And this is what I ended up wearing. Dress: BikBok, shoes: Asos.
